Prayer changes things! God's desire to have personal contact with His creation-man is simple. It's the heart of a loving Father to hear from and speak to His children.

Jesus Himself put it this way; "So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. "For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened. Luke 11:9-10 (nasb)

Whatever the circumstance, no matter how impossible things may seem don't hesitate to bring your needs and your hurts to God in prayer. Prayer is the practice of the presence of God. It is the place where pride is abandoned, hope is lifted, and supplication is made. Prayer is the place of admitting our need, of adopting humility, and claiming dependence upon God. Prayer is the needful practice of the Christian.
